Hug for Justice Human Rights Movement

Embrace me...

They tortured me.

All I have left is this embrace — for you.

A lump in my throat, and hope in my heart.

You and I — we are human.

A hug — for justice.

Our embrace is a voice for ears that do not hear.

⚠️ Important Statement
I am Kourosh

I seek justice and the preservation of Canada as a safe haven. My goal is to ensure that those who have violated the law are held accountable.

I have not any intention of committing suicide. If you ever see me portrayed in the media as a criminal, please know that it is the result of fabricated charges by the offenders trying to cover up their own crimes.

The only way for these violations to be erased is through my elimination — either by imprisoning me or deporting me from Canada.

I am an ordinary human being, with all the emotions and values that define humanity. I chose Canada as my new home, placing my faith in its justice and the values it upholds.

Due to my limited English proficiency and the conspiracies orchestrated by wrongdoers, certain officials involved in my cases — 23-1029670, 23-1223753, 23-1619251, 23-1312722, 23-1994904, 23-1645058, LTB-T-048304-23, LTB-T-086424-23, and Case No. 23-764331097 on RHEU — were misled. This has resulted in a serious violation of the principle of impartiality. Canadian laws have been blatantly violated and disregarded during the handling of these cases.

That is why I launched the “Hug for Justice” campaign — to peacefully raise my voice and let the Canadian justice system hear the truth.

Countless Canadian officers and officials have given their lives in the name of justice, and it is every Canadian's duty to stand with this campaign.

I sincerely believe that Canada’s legal system is founded on justice — but sadly, no one has yet been held accountable for the injustice I have suffered.

Throughout my life, I have never committed a crime. Before immigrating to Canada, I had never visited a psychiatrist, nor had I ever taken any psychiatric medications.

I have always been against violence and the death penalty. I have always treated those around me with respect, empathy, and dignity. I have been deeply grateful to the people and the government of Canada, and I have always strived to follow the laws of this country.

I repeat: I have not intended to end my life. If I am presented in the media as a criminal, know that it is part of an organized effort by the real offenders to silence me and avoid accountability.

When I used to watch Hollywood films depicting such levels of corruption, I never imagined how easily it could happen to me — that a mafia could present me as mentally ill to a country's justice system just to silence my voice.
